2. Payments and Refund Policy

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been purchased or work has commenced.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information required to complete work

  • Approve, revise, or respond to submitted content within reasonable timeframes

  • Maintain compliance with applicable email marketing laws (including CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR, where applicable)

  • Pay all invoices within Net 30 days of the invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to pay within the stated terms may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

​

Unless otherwise stated, all strategies, copywriting, design materials, and deliverables produced by Stoked on Email remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

​

We strive to deliver high-quality, effective, and compliant email marketing services. However, Stoked on Email shall not be held liable for:

  • Lost revenue, sales, data, or business opportunities

  • Legal issues resulting from client-provided content, email lists, or non-compliance

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., outages or bugs within Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in question.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to abuse, illegal activity, breach of these terms, or non-payment.

7. Changes to Terms

​

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
